Notice regarding 5pm appointments weekly and Saturday appointment – this applies to my regular clients.
I have asked all clients booked on these times and dates to set out a few appointments ahead, as these times and dates are very valuable and as many want these times and dates I have asked for help and assistance. If you are a 5pm client weekdays and Saturdays, please try and keep to these appointments, as I struggle to rebook or find other openings for you. I have permanent booked out appointments now for you and the others leaving me with no space to change. I VALUE YOU AS A CLIENT AND DON’T WANT YOU TO FEEL THAT I CAN’T MOVE OR CHANGE YOUR TIMES! I hope I make sense and if not, please lets talk when I see you again.

Email communication:
I spend many hours on the email answering requests regarding orders and appointments – I LOVE IT! What I do want to draw to everyone’s attention is; I can’t accept cancellation via email anymore, especially under 24 hours! I think you will agree that I can’t run a successful business if clients do this without taking responsibility for their action at next visit. It is not up to me to add a cancellation fee to your treatment; it is up to you to offer the fee to make up for the time and money the salon has lost. I WOULD LOVE YOUR FEEDBACK ON THIS, AS I WANT TO STOP THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I think you will also agree with me, that this is not a personal message, but a huge problem!
