I have 3 machines that remove unwanted skin lesions successfully.
- Lamprobe or Clinical Skin Clear – $250 per session (I remove as many as I can in 30 min.)
- DermeClean – $250 per session (as above)
- Cryoprobe or freezing – $200 per session (as above)
Lamprobe or Clinical Skin Clear
The LAMPROBE (or Clinical Skin Clear) is an instrument which provides quick and effective treatment of a variety of common skin irregularities. The LAMPROBE may be used to treat milia (whiteheads), cholesterol deposits, skin tags, age spots, clogged pores, cherry angioma, benign moles and more.
The LAMPROBE utilizes a blending of radio and high frequency currents which arc onto the skin and attracts the moisture in these irregularities. This technology enables me to clear up troublesome problems without penetrating the skin surface or inducing trauma on the surrounding tissue, thus allowing for speedy healing and greater client satisfaction. Treatments are very quick and may not even touch the skin’s surface. Small skin tags or blood spots disappear immediately and hyper-pigmented areas such as age spots take only a few seconds.
LAMPROBE helps to remove those unsightly minor skin irregularities that bother us. These include Milias (whiteheads), blackheads (comedones), fibromas (pigmented epidermal growths), broken capillaries, pimples or pustules, blood spots and skin tags that are prevalent on the neck and décolleté area.
LAMPROBE effective treatment of:
- Immediate results
- Precise treatment of minor skin irregularities
- Rapid treatment time
- Effectively treats a wide variety of common minor skin conditions
- Minimum client discomfort
- No anaesthesia required
Qualifications needed to perform:
Dr. Lam trained me on his machine. Dr. Lam is a well-known Canadian doctor who trains Beauty Therapists across the world. I also completed a paramedical dermal technician diploma. I have 17 years’ experience with this machine and have treated many irregularities with great success.
* Don’t go to any person (beauty therapist, nurses, and clinicians) with less than 5 years’ experience. There are a lot of different machines on the market, but it is not the machine that causes damage or scarring it is the operator.
The development of DermeClean arose from the need of professionals to do correction procedures on eyebrows.
Through intensive research it was revealed that the methods used by professionals to neutralize and camouflage in order to correct the problems due to eyebrow drawing with coarse, disfigured, crooked and dark, were not effective and that there were dissatisfied customers because of the result .
After studies and research, the company DERMIUS launched the first pigments remover, theDermeClean 1.0 version, it was a laptop that could electrocautery through their electrical waves cause cauterization of pigmented cells, occurring destruction thereof and through the natural process healing, whitening and permanent removal of the pigment, so simple and safe .
The company DERMIUS always concerned about providing the very latest in technology, developed after manystudies a new version of DermeClean, this new version of the DermeClean it no longer is electrocautery and becomes an ultrasound, which has not only action to remove permanent makeup pigments, as well as removing freckles and age spots, this new version provides more comfort to the investor and the customer because its action is less sensitive, its waves strike directed from the most superficial layer of the epidermis, STRATUM CORNEUM *, to the STRATUM SPINOSUM** of the epidermis, providing security for both the applicator and for the customer.
As DermeClean works ?:
Unlike other equipment that have the same function of removing stains and dyes, DermeClean can remove all types of pigments, as different from the laser it can not remove the yellow color containing titanium, it does not correlate with color pigment for it can remove all kinds of pigments and colors including yellow camouflage containing titanium.
Advantages of DermeClean:
– Does not harm the lower layers of the epidermis
– Application located on very sensitive areas
– Disposable tips (biosafety)
– Does not damage or destroy hair follicles
– Removes the tissue regardless of color or texture
– Removes any coloring pigments
– Simple application with use of topical anesthetic
* Stratum Corneum
Most superficial skin tissue formed by cells that accumulate granules queratineos, formed when there is disruption of lysosmal membranes and release of lysosmal enzymes that eventually cause cell death. The dead cells filled with keratin are then matured and form the stratum corneum (SC).
** Stratum Spinosum
Stratum spinosum is the fourth of the five layers that make up the epidermis— the outermost layer of the skin. It is also called the spinous or prickle cell layer because of the presence of cells with spiny arms diverging outward and interconnecting with other prickle cells. This layer also contains keratinocytes and Langerhans cells. Its main function is to protect against foreign materials and to produce and retain lipids that prevent moisture loss from the skin.
Important: A pigmented clean area depends on the depth of the pigment, eventually requiring multiple applications of DermeClean to complete removal.
Cryoprobe (freezing of unwanted tissue)
What is the Dermapen Cryo?
Another member of the Dermapen™ Family is the Dermapen Cryo™, which allows users to remove unsightly skin lesions in a matter of seconds. The device uses a very precise jet of highly compressed liquefied nitrous oxide (N2O) to destroy benign lesions, such as warts, skin tags, and age spots. The Cryo™ freezes the lesion’s inter-cellular fluid, forming ice crystals, which subsequently rupture the cell membrane, destroying the cell. In practice, the Dermapen Cryo™ is able to penetrate up to 1 mm per 5 seconds of application, making it an extremely versatile machine, treating anything from extremely superficial sun spots, to lesions up to 5 mm in depth.
The high precision applicator tips allow for a very targeted treatment, ensuring that only the lesion is being treated, and not the healthy tissue around it. This helps to greatly reduce the risk of post-treatment hypo-pigmentation, and makes the Dermapen Cryo™ safe for all areas of the face and body, even near the eyes.
The Dermapen Cryo™ kit includes two applicator tips — one for smaller and one for larger target sites (with treatable lesions varying from 1 mm to 10 mm in diameter). No matter the size of the lesion, the treatments are quick and effective, with patients rarely needing a repeat visit for a touch up.
The device features simple, one-button operation, and uses small N2O cartridges which are easily loaded into the device itself, making it light and portable.
The Dermapen Cryo™ does not rely on contact with the skin to be effective, meaning no messy buds, cones, or apertures. There is also no need for maintenance, no refilling canisters, and no preparation needed to use the device.
All in all, the Dermapen Cryo™ is convenient, safe, and effective, making it the the best-suited cryosurgery device for any aesthetically conscious clinic.
